I participated in Tantra Yoga classes with Pauline during my stay in Tenerife.
Pauline guided us through deep stretches, sensual and intuitive movements, and moments of deep relaxation accompanied by Reiki. Over the course of the sessions, I felt an increasingly profound connection with my body and my feminine energy. The stretches were sometimes demanding, both physically and emotionally, as if they were working on very deep levels of my being. These classes are not simply about stringing together postures.
